Through the Adults with Disabilities Program, employees help adults find and keep a job by providing Work Evaluations, Job Coaching, Working Interviews, School-to-Work Transition services, and On the Job Training.
Job Coaches provide skills training and job counseling at local job sites to adults with disabilities. Ideal for individuals able to work during the day as needed but wanting flexibility for personal plans. Qualified candidates including college students and retirees welcome to apply.

Through the SESS program, employees provide one-on-one transition services to students diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PDD/NOS, emotional disabilities, and mental illness.
Mentors in our Special Education Support Services Program work 1:1 with students in community settings. Experience in human services, coaching or education required. Knowledge of mental health related issues, behavior management and transition skills including job coaching, functional academics, and daily living skills helpful. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently and in community settings. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to obtain an Endorsement A license upon hire and be willing to travel within a 30 miles radius.

Project Genesis seeks Program Managers to support students and adults with disabilities in Hartford, Tolland and Windham Counties.
Responsibilities include case management, program coordination, hiring, supervision, retention, scheduling, billing, reporting and implementing behavior plans. The position is responsible to maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and ensure documentation meets standards set by federal, state and local guidelines.
