Through the Adults with Disabilities Program, employees help adults find and keep a job by providing Work Evaluations, Job Coaching, Working Interviews, School-to-Work Transition services, and On the Job Training.

Job Coaches provide skills training and job counseling at local job sites to adults with disabilities. Ideal for individuals able to work during the day as needed but wanting flexibility for personal plans. Qualified candidates including college students and retirees welcome to apply. Minimum requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 1 year of experience in the Human Services field. Ideal candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills.
