Program Manager
PM200 - Project Genesis, Inc., seeks a Program Manager for its alternative Special Education Support Program serving children and young adults in northeast and north central Connecticut. Program provides academic, daily living and vocational services with 1:1 staffing in community based settings. Position is responsible for program development, staff supervision, client assessment, case management, reporting and direct care. Work history must demonstrate experience working with children and young adults who have multiple disabilities and challenging behaviors. Also requires 2 years of supervisory and program experience. Knowledge of IEP, transition planning and curriculum development required. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective communication and management skills.
